The easiest way to separate two units from one account into separate accounts is to get in contact with one of our representatives. Please submit a request with the following information:
- Current email address along with name, street address, and phone number listed on the account.
- New email address and personal information you would like the new account to be created under.
- The serial number of the unit you would like to have stay on the account and serial number of unit you would like to have transferred. (vehicle name's will work as well)
NOTE: If you remove a unit from your account the active subscription plan on the unit will be lost.
